Не совсем понятно, Torro, каким образом "инвесторы смогут делать инвестиции", если "все типы инвестиционных накоплений будут закрыты". Я, к примеру, только что не смог открыть новый депозит с баланса. А вот с кошелька, как я только что проверил, депы открываются беспрепятственно.
Посему возникает законный вопрос: админ, видимо, решил заморозить наши средства до 3 января. Их и не вывести (инстанта уже нет, как раньше), и депозитов новых не открыть после отработки последнего депа.

Все правильно. Речь о новогодних каникулах и заморозке кассы до 3 января. Касса открыта только для новых внешних депозитов. Что из этого выйдет - время покажет.
